What do you want to become?

Understanding what you want to become transforms uncertainty into possibility. You begin with a clear image of your most important, involved and articulate customer. Understanding who they are, their lives and what’s in their minds will establish a stable platform from which to grow.

Then, we build your Reason for Being (RFB) with your team. What do you want to stand for and how will you win? And how can you continue to reinforce your RFB throughout every interaction with your customer?

The RFB becomes most powerful when it lives within your organization. Can your team easily imagine what’s going on in your customer’s lives? Can they anticipate their behavior and speak their language? Better yet, do you have examples of your best customers already working for you? If not, can you find and hire some?

We start every project by assessing the current situation, going well beyond the basics. When under duress, it’s important that we spend quality time listening to people on your “front lines.” What are they hearing and seeing? And what’s holding them back from doing their jobs?
